Tips for a Successful Party
With over 25 years of experience hosting children’s parties, we’ve learned a few tricks to help make your event run smoothly.
Here are some helpful tips:
- Invite Reminder: Mention on the invitation that the party program starts promptly—late arrivals may miss out on key activities.
- Late Arrivals: If a child arrives late, kindly bring them into the party quietly, and encourage them to hold off on gift-giving until after the main program.
- Gift Opening: It’s best to wait until after the entertainment program to open presents. This ensures the children stay focused and engaged in the party activities.
- Food Timing: We ask that no food be served during the entertainment program. It helps maintain the flow of the party and keeps the kids focused on the fun!
- Water Break: To keep the energy up, please have a tray of water available for the kids during the party. The host will ensure there’s a quick water break when needed.
- Participation: Not every child needs to join in with every activity—some kids prefer to watch and enjoy the atmosphere. That’s perfectly fine!
- Parents’ Space: If possible, please encourage parents to stay in a separate area so that the noise doesn’t distract the children or the host. Parents are always welcome to peek in quietly to capture photos or videos of the fun!
