Party - Terms and Conditions
How to Secure Your Party or Event
To secure your booking, please complete the booking form HERE.
The cost for a party is 65,000 Ft for up to 10 children. For parties with more than 10 guests, we will provide a custom quote.
A non-refundable deposit of 30,000 is required to confirm your booking. Please note that your party date and time will not be reserved until the deposit has been received. If someone else pays the deposit before you, the date may no longer be available to you, even if you’ve completed the booking form.
The remaining balance is due at the end of the party, either in cash or via bank transfer.
Safety and Supervision
Children should never be left unsupervised at the party with only the party host present. We are responsible for providing the entertainment, but the safety and behavior of the children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians.
We kindly ask that parents ensure children do not eat or go outside while wearing the costumes. Should a child become disruptive, we request that a parent intervene promptly.
If any costumes are damaged due to negligence, a cleaning or repair fee may be charged.
What’s Included
Dance Craze Academy will provide a party host (and assistant if required), music, party games, entertainment, costumes, and props for the event.
Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that all deposits are non-refundable. We dedicate significant time and effort to prepare for each event, so the deposit ensures our hosts are compensated even if the party is cancelled. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations.
