Personal information you disclose to us
In Short: We collect personal information about you and your child that you provide to us such as name, date of birth, address, contact information, payment information.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when inquiring or registering with Dance Craze Academy expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our services, when participating in activities on the Sites or otherwise contacting us.
